Administered within the Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF), Window Energy Ratings enable consumers and suppliers to identify the quality of the glass and frames they are using within all their installation. Just like washing machines and fridges, the rating system ranges from A to G with A rating being the most energy efficient products possible. This rating is based on the entire glass and frame unit combined, producing an effective measure of overall efficiency.

Why Use Energy Efficient Glass?

Up to 25% of all heat lost within a home escapes through the windows. However, by using energy efficient glass and frames within your conservatory not only do you retain more of that heat within your home but, the glass will actually reflect heat back into your room making it more efficient.
